in when it comes to building your business...and you want to
FIND AND RECRUIT talented people to handle the areas of your
business that you DON'T have natural talent in.
That way, each side of your business is still the best of the

company. But let me tell you what I did when I was just getting

Daily Motivation
All progress begins one step at a time.
There is no sudden lead to greatness.
Good work, done little by little becomes great work.
The house of success is built brick by brick.
You can do what you want to do, achieve what you want to achieve,
attain any reasonable objective you may have in mind.
Not all of a sudden, nor in one sweeping act of achievement.
You will do it gradually, day by day and play by play.
If you want to do it, if you work to do it,
you will accomplish your goal over a sufficient period of time.
Your big accomplishments will be a series of little accomplishments.
It takes many strokes to overthrow the tallest oak.

To Everything There is a Season
Increase and decrease are a part of the natural cycle of life. As spiritual author long ago put it, "To everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under Heaven." Like a reservoir that is being used to irrigate the fields, learning to accept a decrease in position or material possessions is part of preparing for increase in the future.
We may live in materialistic times, but there is no disgrace in material decrease, particularly if it represents an investment in future gain- even if that gain be in the form of one's education or the development of personal character. Likewise, the inner strength that comes from bearing loss can be balanced by a corresponding increase in inner strength and insight-as in the expression "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger." When letting go of attachment and personal demands leads to a greater simplicity in daily life, good fortune often comes calling.
In nature, the lake evaporates to form the clouds that drop the rain that nurtures the surrounding forest. As the forest grows thick, more rain is captured for the lake. Similarly, an evaproation or decrease in one area of your life, may give rise to an eventual increase in another. A loss of responsibility at work can mean more free time, more free time may generate more career options. A period of decrease is not necessarily a bad thing; in fact, it can free the spirit and fill the soul.
Be mindful of the lesson of young lovers: even with a minimum of possessions, feelings of the heart can bring unsurpassed richness to life. The smallest actions, if sincere, have value. So remain confident, for a time of decrease may actually bode good fortune, especially if you remain open to that possibility.
Let go of frustration, resistance and regret over whatever may be going down at this time. Accept the cycle, and remember what goes down must come up....

Live Your Life In Passionate Ways
Well, what can I say? I’m a crazy lady, who believes absolutely anything is possible in life, and the world is simply my playground where I create freedom, joy, abundance, and prosperity for myself, and all those who I come in contact with.
I’ve had the good fortune of KNOWING just how powerful our ‘Intentions’ and ‘Abilities’ are… so when I stumbled into Network Marketing as a 43 year old women just needing more from life… something in my just KNEW I could do it.
Of course, I failed MISERABLY for the first 9 months and experienced what it felt like to work, struggle, and endure constant challenges, obstacles, and set backs. And I am SO THANKFUL for that time words can’t even express it.
That time of failure, and defeat, taught me MORE about who I am then almost anything else. The reason why is… because I NEVER stopped.
Even amidst what seemed like a ‘hopeless’ situation… I just NEVER stopped. I never stopped KNOWING that I could do it, and taking the correct action steps to make it happen.
I never stopped seeking solutions, I never stopped my unquenchable thirst for freedom. I never lost sight of my visions, my goals, and the higher purpose I felt for what I was really here to do.
I didn’t turn away, and run off looking for security in the face of INSECURITY.
I accepted everything that was happening, I looked within myself, and I FOUND the strength inside to just keep going.
And if you do that my friends… your OWN Inner Strength will take you to some amazing places. All you have to do is look within, and really FIND IT, and it will bring you to the promise land.
Less then 3 years after stumbling onto the Internet, I have finally found some opportunities and the know how to get what I want.
Downlines have been built of thousands and thousands of people in multiple different companies in some of the fastest time periods ever.
Infrastructures are in place to just continue to pump out leads, cash flow, and never ending income… to the tune of millions annually and growing. And the funny thing is… I just never had a doubt.
So the greatest gift I can now share… is this gift of challenging YOU to look within yourself and find the same strength, the same power that is contained within ALL OF US.
This power is INFINITELY creative, and when you tap into it there are no boundaries to what it can do.
This blog is dedicated to sharing the information, the knowledge, the wisdom, the insights, and many of the strategies I have uncovered that have changed my life, and given me a power to CREATE and live FREELY that unfortunately many do not see…

#2 Building Strong Relationships:
Find one thing you like and compliment, encourage, build up, notice others. Sometimes we think that they know what we are thinking, don't miss the opportunity to sow a compliment. Complimenting is the glue to holding you together keep relationships strong.
Your thoughts don't bless anyone but you, so everyday find something to compliment. Point out when people do things, build them up when you leave you should leave people in a better situation, then they were. Be a people builder, talk to the women in the office that is grumpy, make positive deposits where ever you go.
When all odds are against you get your mouth going in the right direction, start declaring I am going to fulfill my destiny....Before you leave in the A.M Give thanks declare good things in your life....This is how we give light to our faith.
Get on the offensive saying positive things in your life...I am strong, I am healthy, I will live my destiny......You will become a better you.
If we do not tell our children who they are someone else will, give them a big vision for their lives, acknowledge all good things and our faith is alive,if we focus on our possibility, expect people to like you, expect people to be positive about who you are.....You are fulfilling your destiny, a person of destiny....
I have the favor of God. This is going to be a great day. Empower yourself and everyone around you.For many people all it takes, is someone to spark a bit of hope into someone else. Don't focus on where they are right now see them for who they could be.
You lost your temper in traffic, you answer should be yes I did but I'm growing.
What about that failure, or trouble you had the other day...Your answer should be that's okay I'm looking forward.
When we think this way we take the power from the acuser, say I am the apple of Gods eye, I know that he will take care of me....He focuses on how far you have come, not your negative things.
We all make mistakes, but we learn and pick ourselves back up.
Poor choices will catch up with you...and from this you move up....get out of the pattern of condemnation. Build yourself up...and others.
Nothing you have done will be to far for him, He is waiting for you to take that first step toward him. He wants to put the robe of honor on you, even though we make mistakes, he will recieve us back as long as we seek him and give yourself Gods Best.
Keep Strife out of life
Relationships occupy much lower positions then they deserve too. We need to learn how to keep the strife out of our lives. If someone doesn't agree with you it does not mean that you are right or wrong, just different. It takes maturity to keep peace with other people, overlook fault sometimes,do not expect perfection....that is unrealistic, and not fair to them, love covers a persons faults...learn to show a little Mercy. Everybody has the right to a bad day...Love keeps no record of wrongs done to it...do not keep a mental list or scorecard, throw out your negative book, do you want to have your way or do you want to have healthy relationships. God has put you with someone different then you on purpose, you compliment each other, you should complete each other instead of compete with each other.
Be the peacemaker in your family, minor things are not important keep peace just let it go.
Leave what is in the past in the past...Press forward, talk back to the acuser do not allow it to affect your life.
Grace is a free gift give from God. Make it a Joy to train your children and have patience in your Relationships..

Be a people builder, talk to the women in the office that is grumpy, make positive deposits where ever you go.
When all odds are against you get your mouth going in the right direction, start declaring I am going to fulfill my destiny....Before you leave in the A.M Give thanks declare good things in your life....This is how we give light to our faith.
Get on the offensive saying positive things in your life...I am strong, I am healthy, I will live my destiny......You will become a better you.
If we do not tell our children who they are someone else will, give them a big vision for their lives, acknowledge all good things and our faith is alive,if we focus on our possibility, expect people to like you, expect people to be positive about who you are.....You are fulfilling your destiny, a person of destiny....
I have the favor of God. This is going to be a great day. Empower yourself and everyone around you.For many people all it takes, is someone to spark a bit of hope into someone else. Don't focus on where they are right now see them for who they could be.
You lost your temper in traffic, you answer should be yes I did but I'm growing.
What about that failure, or trouble you had the other day...Your answer should be that's okay I'm looking forward.
When we think this way we take the power from the acuser, say I am the apple of Gods eye, I know that he will take care of me....He focuses on how far you have come, not your negative things.
We all make mistakes, but we learn and pick ourselves back up.
Poor choices will catch up with you...and from this you move up....get out of the pattern of condemnation. Build yourself up...and others.
Nothing you have done will be to far for him, He is waiting for you to take that first step toward him. He wants to put the robe of honor on you, even though we make mistakes, he will recieve us back as long as we seek him and give yourself Gods Best.
Keep Strife out of life
Relationships occupy much lower positions then they deserve too. We need to learn how to keep the strife out of our lives. If someone doesn't agree with you it does not mean that you are right or wrong, just different. It takes maturity to keep peace with other people, overlook fault sometimes,do not expect perfection....that is unrealistic, and not fair to them, love covers a persons faults...learn to show a little Mercy. Everybody has the right to a bad day...Love keeps no record of wrongs done to it...do not keep a mental list or scorecard, throw out your negative book, do you want to have your way or do you want to have healthy relationships. God has put you with someone different then you on purpose, you compliment each other, you should complete each other instead of compete with each other.
Be the peacemaker in your family, minor things are not important keep peace just let it go.
Leave what is in the past in the past...Press forward, talk back to the acuser do not allow it to affect your life.
Grace is a free gift give from God. Make it a Joy to train your children and have patience in your Relationships..

Brave heart Women,
Your value, your gifts and talents have already been put inside you, God says you have a treasure, you have a gift, value.
Get your mind going in a new direction, two many people do not have confidence, because of negative thoughts.
Think I am a victor, look for opportunities to stretch to the next level.
Some people almost miss what God has in store for them because they do not draw out what was give to them.
Don't let the size of your dreams or the vastness of Gods calling intimidate you.
If you have made mistakes God is the giver of 1st, 2nd, 3rd chances, let go of the old so you can see the new.
The Power of your blood line, thorobreds have generation after generations of winners, Winning is in the blood, no guarantee that you will win, unless you pull it out. It is in your blood, legacy of championship dreams, God has put it in you...Doesn't matter how many flaws you have, you have the DNA of almighty God. You come from a long line of champions.
Moses parted the Red Sea- there is great faith in your blood line.
David a shepard boy, defeated Golieth with only a few pebbles he picked up from a brook.- there is courage in your blood line.
Sampson tumbled a building- there is supernatural strength in your blood line.
Daniel spent an entire night in a lions den, and wasn't even harmed- Devine protection flows through your blood line.
Queen Esther put her life on the line to save Gods people- Sacrifice and heroism are in your bloodline.
You understand now you come from a blood line of champions, you are not ordinary, you are a thorobred.
Doesn't matter what your outside looks like, you must know that on the inside flows the blood of a winner. You have seeds of greatness, seeds of almighty God. God sees you already at the winners circle, he has been working on you for a long time.
No addictions, no issues can change your blood line, you were bought at a very high price, God gave his very best for you his only son...don't think you are worthless, cause you have a champion in there.
Natural blood line, Spiritual bloodlines are different, cause the Spiritual blood line overides the Natural.
Trouble makers you may say he has a bad blood line, somewhat true but your spiritual blood line can overide all the others, power is in your spiratual blood line.
God saw us before we were ever born, he knew you, you were preordained to be here....By God not your parents.
We are all ansestors of Abraham, and may recieve the blessing of him. He was prosperous, healthy and lived a long productive life, Through Gods blessings.
You can still fulfill your destiny, your days have all been planned out for good not evil.
if you do not appreciate, and take advantage of your freedom, get your thoughts and actions going ib the right direction it will not do you any good.
If you are sitting back waiting for God to do something, the truth is he is waiting on you. You must rise up in your authority, start pressing forward.. Change you attitude, refuse to except things that are less then Gods best.
Your freedom was already purchased. Start saying I am free, I will see my dreams come to pass, God is supplying all my needs, you can beat anything..With him. Plan to live a long healthy life declare it everyday, do not surcumb to disease and being unhealthy.
Rise up, recognize what the problems, do not just function in your disfunction, make changes, wake up the mighty man....Stir up your gifts today from now on you will live under the blessings not the curse.
You will discover that your chains have been loosened and you will be free to go forward...
