Lets talk about makeing a decision and sticking to it. Bob Proctor calls this Advanced Decision Making.
ADM-make a decision now and when it comes up in the future, there will be no questions in your mind, on whether to do it or not because the decision will have already been made.
He states that he went to a bar one night, ordered a drink, and then took a look around the bar, it was smokey, and people were just sitting around as they usually did every night. He realized that this was no way to live life, he made the decision to never drink again at that moment, and he has not touched a drink since. Now when he goes out and someone ask him for a drink he does not even think about it because he make a ADM a long time ago that he wouldn't.
Now what is it that you do not like in you life that you would like to make a decision to stop? Write the words ADM somewhere on you hand that no one can see, and look at it to remind yourself daily that this is your decision then do it.
I made the decision to eat healthier foods, and give my family more healthier cooking.
I knew I need something to help me with this, so I went out and bought 3 cookbooks that could help me to create healthier meals for myself and my family, I discussed it with everyone, I said if I can create meals that taste good and are healthier I expect that everyone pitches in to help this happen.
That is exactly what I did, I bought foods that went with the recipes in these books and now I am on the way to healthier diets for the family and myself
I made a ADM.
I will post the recipes on facebook in case others would like to try them out. So far they have been very tasty, I do not feel we are missing out.

Risk Taking
The dictionairy difines risk as "exposing oneself to the chance of loss." You may avoid suffering and sorrow if you take no risk, but you cannot learn, love, change, and grow. What causes individuals to shy away from taking a risk, even if it is a low risk and will give them something they really want? High on most people's list would be fear of loss, failure and percieved humiliation. But why would we automatically think that we would fail at something.
I believe this dates back to our childhood. A small child is a natural born risk taker. The child never considers the consequences of falling when learning to walk. Falling is a natural part of mastering the skill. Why then, would we not continue to view any type of risk with the same consideration? What happens to us?
When you were taking your first steps, it was probably quite common to hear your parents say, "Be careful, you might fall." I think that for some, this begins the pattern of playing it safe. Think of how much better equipped we would be to face life's challenges, if we'd repeatedly heard, "Don't worry about falling, because that's how you learn." Many of the greatest lessons you'll recieve in life are going to come from your failures.
Failing will never make you a failure unless you quit. unfortunately, very few people heard that when they were young. The vast majority of our population have been mentally programmed to play it safe.
Why is it that we do not see the process of reaching our goals as having steps similar to the ones a child must take in order to learn to walk? We will stumble and fall in the learning process, but success can only be reached when we are prepared to take those steps, all of them, even the ones where we fail. The real win is the confidence and experience we aquire which translates into new opportunities for growth, enjoyment and expansion in all areas of our life.
There is a four letter word that most parents use around their children so frequently, that the children pick it up before too long it is buried in the treasury of their sub-conscious mind. That four letter word is CAN'T, Can't is a word that paralyzes any constructive progress. The only alternative to that four letter word is its polar opposite-I CAN, You don't necessarily have to be very smart to win, but you must be willing.
Reaching the goal is not success; success is moving toward the goal. Taking risk is essential when you want to reach a goal and the purpose of goals is growth. When you challenge yourself, you bring more of yourself to the surface. If you dream of living your life in a big way, you must accept risk-taking as a very real part of that apprenticeship.
I clearly remember the firs time I heard Earl Nightingale. Earl told a story about a farmer who was out walking in a field. He looked down and saw a tiny pumpkin growing on a vine. Nearby, he spotted a small glass jar. The farmer reached down and placed the tiny pumpkin inside the small jar. The pumpkin continued to grow until it filled the inside of the jar beyond which it could not grow.
There are a number of people like that tiny pumpkin. They limit themselves and refuse to take a risk. They never truly test the strength of their abilities. Too many go through their entire lives playing it safe. They never step out and bet on the surest thing in the world themselves.
If you hope to accumulate great wealth or achieve high goals, then the first few steps of that journey will involve a high degree of risk. You must turn your back on safety and security. To make it big, you must take big risk.
Elenor Roosevelt said. " You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face." Follow her advice and liberate yourself from the crippling emotional state of fear and enter into a world of freedom.

The Awakened Heart
The rhythm of your life is expressed through the connection you have with the calling of your heart. A Powerful Touching Story
Breaking The Cycle
Today I remember standing above my fathers' coffin.
I remember touching his stiff hand; the hands I loved.
He was 54.
It was 32 years ago.
Just then, I heard the words from a song called, "In the Living Years" by Mike and the Mechanics. The words that struck me.
I wasn't there that morning
When my father passed away
I didn't get to tell him
All the things I had to say
Ever feel that way? I couldn't express what I felt. Not sure exactly why, but I always found it difficult to share how much I loved him, appreciated him, longed for his approval. He checked out too early. He never saw the success I enjoy now.
Some time later in Bangkok, Thailand, this thought came home to me. It was the last time I remember hearing the song; "In the Living Years."
I was giving a speech to the entire Asian division of Visa. The company provided the Presidential Suite at the Intercontinental Hotel. It was awesome. A huge room, way more than I needed and could ever use on my own. There was a grand piano in the bedroom. Imagine!
I arrived late and needed to get a suit pressed for my speech just a few hours later. The person on the other end of the phone in the housekeeping section seemed surprised that I would be calling him to attend to my suit. "Why are you calling us sir, don't you see that red button by your phone?" Sure enough, there was a bright red button mounted on a fancy silver box. "That's your personal butler's button." Personal butler? MY personal butler?
"Sure," he said, "just push it and see what happens." I did and within three seconds there was a knock on my door. It was him, MY PERSONAL BUTLER.
I couldn't believe it. I had come a long way since my father's death 32 years earlier.
Then that song! It was playing in the background; there in Bangkok. I couldn't help thinking of Dad. We grew up in poverty. We were on welfare. There was booze and drugs. We were living in the "projects." Life was hard. Life was uncertain. Life was traumatic. Humiliation due to a "lack." A lack of money, ambition, goals, resources, a plan. Lack!
I know that I'm a prisoner
To all my father held so dear
I know that I'm a hostage
To all his hopes and fears
I just wish I could have told him in the living years
You see, sitting there in the Presidential Suite, I was no longer a "prisoner"; I was free. I knew that I didn't have to repeat the cycle. I knew that the demons that kept his soul in a bottle didn't have to keep me there. But still, sitting in that hotel room I wish I could have told him that before; when Dad was alive.
Here in Bangkok, at the Intercontinental, there was no lack. In fact, it didn't get much better than this - my own butler and all! Still, I wished I could have shared it with him. It's not about the money, it's about growth and how far I had come; that's what I think would have impressed him. I was heading down the same path as him until I found mentors. I found people who knew more than I did. I shut up, did what they said and before too long, I was experiencing some of the results they enjoyed.
First, there was Norm. He showed me how to become honest. He demonstrated love. I witnessed in Norm how to change from a self-centered life to a God-centered life. I still follow Norm. Speak to him every time I can.
Then, his brother Jim took me under his wing. He got me excited about entrepreneurship. He showed me how to sell. He taught me that selling is "solving"; an honorable profession. He showed me how to dream. He was a dreamer. He thought big. He enjoyed life. How I wish my dad had enjoyed his life more.
Then I met Bob Proctor. He taught me how to get out of my own way. He helped bring out in me the potential that was always there. He saw something in me that I didn't even see. He showed me passion. He loves to learn and passed that to me. He showed me that the answers are there as long as I keep on growing. Oh, and yes, he showed me how to make millions and later I returned the favor by helping him make a few too!
I might not have gotten all of these things from Dad, but I got them, and for that I'm sure he would be happy. He died too early. He's never read my books, seen me mesmerize an audience of thousands, seen my trips on private jets, the money I've earned, the degree I have (Theology, of all things!), the business I've built, nor the people whose lives I have impacted. People like Bruce, who decided not to commit suicide after hearing me speak. Adele, who lost 100 lbs after reading my first book. Kim, who left her abusive husband after reading my article on self-confidence, or Attila, whose business is flourishing because of my marketing tactics or Peter, who I counseled to leave a job he hated and now feels free and is living his dream.
My father has never met Anne; my wife of 26 years. He wasn't able to see my three boys: Corey, Trevor and Evan. How much we love each other. How great our relationship is and how great they are turning out to be.
Just then, the song continued.
I think I caught his spirit
Later that same year
I'm sure I heard his echo
In my baby's new born tears
I just wish I could have told him in the living years
I think I see my father's impact everywhere. I see him when I see changes in myself. I see his smile in my smile. I see his laugh in my own laughter. I see his creativity in my own creative efforts to help people do better in life and business.
I can't tell him now "in the living years." But I can tell him now nevertheless.
I love you Dad. Thanks for loving me too. Thanks for the lessons!

Periods of Increase
Substantial progress and increasing prosperity is pointed to. In whatever forms it takes, periods of increase are exhilarating, as long as you go with the flow while it lasts and keep the interests of others in mind. Like white water on a river, periods of increase are often of short duration; it furthers one, therefore, to shoot the rapids now, while the opportunity is there.
A good sense of direction in times of opportunity involves commitment to the needs of one's cohorts and dependents. Only by realizing that to lead is really to serve, can an effective leader contribute to a lasting increase in prosperity for all. In times of general increase, those who contribute most directly to the common good will also receive the greatest rewards.
When opportunities for increase arise, supreme good fortune comes to those who act swiftly and boldly, while avoiding the trap of letting their actions be only self-serving. If you aspire to a position of prominence, the most enduring strategy is to work to raise the tide of your entire pond, rather than to try to swim upstream on your own.

Attitude
Attitude is actually a creative cycle that begins with your choice of thoughts. You do choose your thoughts and that choice is where your attitude originates. As you internalize ideas or become emotionally involved with you thoughts, you create the second stage in forming an attitude; you move your entire being -mind and body- into a new" vibration".
Your conscious awareness of this vibration is referred to as "feeling"-Your feelings are then expressed in actions or behaviors that produce the various results in your life.
Positive results are always the effect of a positive attitude. Attitude and results are inseperable. They follow one another like night follows day. What I mean by that is; one is the cause, the other is the result. There is a term we use to distinguish this "cause and effect" relationship, it is called the law of cause and effect. Simply stated; if you think in negative terms, you will get negative results; if you think in positive terms you will achieve positive results. Ralph Waldo Emerson reiterated that same point when he said, "A person is what they think about all day long." The results you achieve in life are nothing more than an expression of your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Take a close look at your life and evaluate the results you are achieving in various areas. See if you are able to relate your attitude to your results.
Winning and losing are opposite sides of the same coin.- and that coin is attitude. There are many things wrong in this world; unfortunately that is all some people are able to see. Those who view the world in this light are often unhappy and somewhat cynical. Usually, their life is one of lack and limitation and it almost appears as if they move from one bad experience to another. I know people who are like this and I'm certain you do as well.
It would appear as if they were born with a steak of bad luck and it has followed them around their whole life. These individuals are quick to blame circumstances or other people for their problems, rather than accepting responsibility for their life and their attitude.
Conversely, there are others who are forever winning and living the good life. They are the real movers and shakers who make this happen. They seem to go from one major accomplishment to another. They're in control of their life; they know where they are going and know they will get there. They are the real winners in life and their wins are a matter of choice.
You can experience that kind of life as well, you only need to decide. Making that simple decision is the first step to a new life. Dorothea Brand once said, "Act as if it were impossible to fail," and I challenge you to do so. By simply becoming aware that you can choose your thoughts each and every day, you will change your entire outlook. You have the power to choose an abundant life no matter your circumstances. That active choice will allow other positive people and opportunities to be attracted into your life. Don't wait to experience all the wonderful things the universe has in store for you. Start today by working on your attitude and welcome the abundant life that you were meant to lead.

Developing Core Leadership skills
Jim Rohn said if you want things to change you have to change.
1. Start with yourself...We all know it is true, you have nothing to give unless you develop yourself. Odds are you will never be a leader if you do not develop Rituals in your life, work on your core values, hold yourself accountable.
Develop your physical energy routine. The basis of all life is energy in motion. How much energy do you have?
How much do you take care of your own body? If physical body is weakened then your vehicle to move you through life will not have the energy to go out and really make things happen in life.
We are not physically healthy and it is from pure laziness that this occurs. when you create routines that are lazy you will get nothing done.
Start a morning routine make this a make or break ritual or habit, if you spend your day at random on how you get things done this ritual will help form better habits for you.
Wake up every morning meditate for 20-30 minutes.
Clear your clutter connect with a deeper awareness.
At the end of every day do the same...
Then build in some form of exercise, yoga, walks, bike rides, ect.
Eat healthy foods, we are all putting in chemicals from foods that are so unhealthy and killing off our cells that give us energy and will to thrive...if you do not feed the temple with foods that will nourish you how long do you think it will take till your temlple is shut down?
Eat Raw goods, fish, vegatables, brown rice, cleanse your body of toxins with Nutritional products that will give your body a chance to restore and repair the damage we are doing to it...This is your temple, you wouldn't go to church and do bad things, then why do you do it to your own temple?
Laziness that is why.....we have become a lazy society...change this...
If you want to operate at peak efficiency avoid alcohol, drugs, oils, fats, chemicalls, it all starts with your body.
#2 Feed the mind
Education process, you can't give what you don't have to give...surround yourself with people that will feed your mind.
By focusing on specific areas you really increase value in your life.
go to mentors ask what are 5 books they read that got them to where they are today.
consume it, direct knowledge of people who are successful.
get rid of negative people in life, really tune them out. If you are surrounded by people who are motivated then there is probably more happiness in your own life.
Core connections you cannot give what you don't have. You must focus and develop yourself.
Be selfish but wisely. grow yourself so you can grow others.
Surround yourself with people who nourish your soul.
It is the process of becomming a leader that develops the skills of being a leader.
that strength in who you are so you have more to give back.
If you are not willing to meet the challenges of becomming a leader then you do not deserve to be a leader. It is for those who want to work through them challenges.
#3. Communication
communication is the basis of relationships, The most important things in life are relationships. whether it is business, partnerships, any life.
Before focusing on other people we must start with ourselves.
Body, core routines (physical exercise), foods you eat, meditation, a body in motion brings consistancy into your life.
Reading, learning, start this and you will watch your life change.
Feed your mind open your heart, now you are ready to serve the master in a much more powerful way.
We are communicating from closed off places, most people are unaware of what is going on outside ourselves.
Our world view has been conditioned by all the things that have happened in our lives. So we are unable to get out of are conditioning.
Step out and percieve the world from another persons eyes, What makes them emotional? is this a sensitive area? do they not care much? feel the world through their eyes. put yourself second remove our bias world view.
When we do this it shapes how we communicate with other people.
What you will se is a beautiful image that happens. You see connection you have never seen before.
2 people coming from ther own world views.
So many people are out there, putting out their views, see this view or that one, there is no connection that can happen. this is important in business and in life.
We are all not actually customers, marketers, we are HUMAN and everyone of us is more or less the same. We all want the same things:
Love
companionship
care
we don't want to experience fear
we all want to give back
We all really want the same things yet so often we go around disconnected from each other trying to get others to see our view. This is impossible if you want to be a real leader.
A real leader sees the world from other peoples views. When you really focus on being your heart more, sense things, pick up things from a totally different way...it will be seen in how we posture ourselves, how you look into the eyes of another, without ever saying a word. This comes when we are more present.
Once we've gone through what I'm talking about it's time to formulate a core purpose for your life.
Every leader is being guided by something. A leader has a purpose to give back to the world it is our job to discover our unique gift and then figure out how to use it to give back to the world it is extra-ordinary.
Before the vision comes to you, what direction you are meant to travel, you need to be incredibly clear and doing all these things above it will emerge your purpose, every part must be in place without clearing all the distractions all the things going on in your life it will not happen.
Life is asking you to go through tough times now, face emotions, face what you don't want to face. then you get the gifts....& man what a gift it is...
HEART CENTERED LEADERSHIP and our new calling that the world is really asking for. It has to do with Finding those gifts.
What do people need now?
What products are there?
What can I fullfill?
What can I do to corospond in those areas?
How does my gift (purpose) corospond with this?
This is one of the most powerful driving forces for the good, I'm not kidding you it is a force more powerful then anything you have ever been taught. When your actual life is in line with your deepest desires, deepest direction, No matter what you do you are going to be successful.
Even if you don't make the money you want to make you are a success.
Leadership is coming from the deepest place and in total alignment with giving back to the world. That is truly a blessing.
We will do the most amazing things with our lives.
Get to the point where we are emotionally clear, energetically powerful enough for your true core gifts to emerge then you pick the best way for you to give back to the world you can almost guarantee something will unfold. Because that is what the world is asking for.
And whe we do this in business those are the best companies, marketers, everyone follows because they are bringing their best to the world. Everyone senses it and feels it.
Again you cannot get there without all these steps.
How do I find my gifts? Ask a friend to tell you 2 things you are the best at?
What areas you excell in, they may say you are so creative, they will tell you...go from there..
Mastering in life is not mastering everything in life. if you want to excell in any one area I guarantee you if you pick one or two things and directly focus on them you will have a direct line of success.
any area you become expert in you create value, this value is for others to know.
Some areas aren't about profit some pay more then others, people become councelers to help people not to get rich.
A leader develops a vision for the world where they see the world as energy contribution. A leader sees the world in a different way.
Money is a direct corelation to value....the more value you provide the more money you make.
Its really important to disassociate our idea of money being a thing...it is paper, really, $20 could be a piece of knowledge, it could be a way of communicating on the phone....what you share could be value or money....
Our world is asking for New Leadership levels.
If you are really going to hit your biggest passion you have to be physically,emotionally,spiritually sound.
you feed yourself with knowledge you feed yourself with people and after that a vision will emerge, it all starts with an Idea.
I really want to start a website, give back, it is not that we are looking for the vision that is going to tell us everything at once. It's the callings that will take us to a deeper level in life and guide us to satisfaction, fulfillment.
Treat yourself like you love yourself, like the temple that you are and develop core rituals in your life all this other stuff will unfold from that point on.
The mindset of most people in the world 90% are not interested in growing or reaching a higer development.
alot are interested in growing but how many are doing it?
This is where you see a drop off. Not really fullfilling a deeper me, I cannot see why?
I come from a place I do not want to go back to. I do not want to be in that 90%.
What is emerging on this planet with leadership. What is your deepest motivations of why you do what you do?
